In addition to our Impact Teams, Flood partners with organizations that do work locally in the San Diego area and globally throughout the world.
The mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County is to improve the lives of children by creating and supporting one-to-one mentoring relationships with proven results. Mentors must be over 18 years of age, spend a minimum of an hour a week with a child for one year, and have a valid Social Security number.

CAPS is a local organization that strives to meet the needs of women in the community facing unintended pregnancies through education, prevention, emotional support, spiritual encouragement, physical assistance, and healing.

Invisible Children began as a documentary filmed by three college students, and motivated by the unseen war in Northern Uganda, their mission is to use the power of stories to change lives around the world. Through documentary screenings across the United States or large rallies such as the Global Night Commute and Displace Me, Invisible Children continues to pursue creative but powerful avenues for change. The Invisible Children headquarters is located in San Diego.

Floresta, a Christian nonprofit organization, reverses deforestation and poverty in the world, by transforming the lives of the rural poor. Recognizing that environmental degradation and poverty are closely linked, Floresta works to empower farmers through Community Development, Innovative Agriculture and Forestry, Credit, and Discipleship.
