I have two rooms for rent in my Scripps Ranch home.  One room is available immeditely, and the other will be available on August 1st. It’s a pretty nice house in a safe neighborhood.  The bigger room is $800, and the smaller room is $700.  All utilities are included in the rent amount (water, dish network, internet, electric).  The house is 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, 4 years old, and fully furnished.  The kitchen is pretty big for those of you who like to cook, and the backyard has a fireplace and built in BBQ if you enjoy entertaining outdoors.  I have 2 english bulldogs (which is already plenty), so no more pets permitted.  There is plenty of storage in the garage.  I generally have a house cleaner come every 6-8 weeks.

I’m looking for a roommate who is male, even tempered, very tidy (especially in the common areas), and repectful of my home.  I’d prefer people who are somewhere between bible thumpers and party animals.  I don’t want either of those extremes

I’m looking for a roommate to take over my moving roommate’s room on the 19th of this month. The 3 bedroom 1 ½ bath townhouse is located in La Jolla/UTC area close to USCD, the mall Bus Stops, and the beach.
Both my roommates are moving away from San Diego at the end of this month and I have already found a guy to take over the other room. So I just need one more guy to fill the other room. We are both working professionals and Christians. We go to the Rock church and also work together. I’m 25, he’s 29. We are both very clean and mature and are looking for someone who is also clean and mature around our age range.

We also both love music, I have a digital piano, and he plays drums and guitar/bass.

We pretty chill and cool guys that get along pretty well and we are looking for the same in a potential roommate. We like to stay active by running and playing sports and chillin like brothers. We all take turns with doing household chores so we prefer that you will do your part. We also want someone who doesn’t stay locked up in their room 24/7 and that likes to be social as a roommate. Our roommate is moving out from a nice 4 bedroom house in University City. This room is about 11 x 11 with a normal closet, hallway storage,  and ample storage in the garage (which could fit a car, say if you were going out of town and wanted to move your car indoors, but generally we use it for storage). There is a washer/dryer in the garage, nice backyard w/ patio, the rest of the house is furnished. The place will be ready to move into June 15th, with some flexibility if needed. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and very safe. AMPLE parking. We are just off the 52, take the Regents Road/Clairemont Mesa Blvd exit and go North. Turn Right on Governor Drive and you will see the Henry’s Marketplace. The neighborhood is just south of (across the street from) Henry’s.

University City is just east of La Jolla, just south of UTC, and just north of Clairemont. It is in a great central location close to the 5 and 805 freeways, and is about 10-15 minutes to anywhere in San Diego including Flood. We are close to city and UCSD buslines. You can bike to UCSD (meaning, very convenient).

You will be living with 3 other female roommates. All of us are Christians and two of us attend Flood Church. There are 4 residents total. We range in age from 25 – 26, post college/graduate school. You will be responsible for paying:

- Your part of the rent ($450)
- SDGE (~$20/month)
- Time Warner Cable (~$25/month)
