We are looking for a fun female to fill the Master Bedroom in our beautiful Del Cerro home! The room available is the master bedroom. It has a full-wall mirrored closet, an additional walk-in closet, and full bath attached. It’s by itself on one side of the house and offers a lot of privacy.

We are located about 7 minutes north of SDSU, close to Grossmont Ctr, and the 8 & 125 freeways. Our house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath (with 3 ladies currently living there), full kitchen, washer/dryer, large backyard, and LOTS of living space!! The neighborhood is very quiet, residential and very safe, two car driveway and always lots of street parking available.

Currently, the girls living there are all 22-26, young professionals/grad students. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and fun! Please no smokers or drugs, and sorry, but no pets allowed. Rent is $700/month, and we split utilities between the four of us. Utilities include cable w/ DVR, wireless internet, SDG&E, and water.

Room for rent in a 4-bedroom house in University City. This room is about 11 x 14 with a small closet. There is a closet in the shared hallway and ample storage in the garage (which could fit a car, say if you were going out of town and wanted to move your car indoors, but generally we use it for storage). There is a washer/dryer in the garage, nice backyard w/ patio, the rest of the house is furnished. The place will be ready to move into March 1st, March 15^th, or April 1^st. Month to month lease. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and very safe. AMPLE parking. We are just off the 52, take the Regents Road/Clairemont Mesa Blvd exit and go North. Turn Right on Governor Drive and you will see the Henry’s Marketplace. The neighborhood is just south of (across the street from) Henry’s.

University City is just east of La Jolla, just south of UTC, and just north of Clairemont. It is in a great central location close to the 5 and 805 freeways, and is about 10-15 minutes to anywhere in San Diego. We are close to city and UCSD buslines. You can bike to UCSD (meaning, very convenient).

I have the Master bedroom of a 3 bedroom house in Encinitas with way more space than I need, so I am looking for a Christian guy to share the room with.
