Hi my name is Jillian Rae! I am looking for a female roommate to share a bedroom with in the next month. But I am willing to look other places if we can’t find anything together; Bay park, Fashion Valley.A little about me… I am soon to be 25 and work full time at a construction comp and on sat I work as a stylist at a salon in La jolla. I am very responsible in paying bills on time and value the same in a roommate. I am trying to pay off school loans and be financially smart. So right now it makes sense that I share a room. I work until 5 everyday and usually come home to cook or watch TV do laundry ect. I am very mellow. I am looking for in a roommate someone who is clean, responsible, honest and upfront, respectful, and has no pets. I would like to live somewhere that isn’t big on partying. Although I love having friends over for a movie or dinner/BBQ. I am also in a awesome God centered relationship and value my time spent with my bf. I would need to live with someone that can support that and be cool with him coming over for dinner or to hangout a few times a week.

My main focus is to find a place to call home, to be comfortable, some place that is clean, and to grow in healthy relationships with my roomies.

We are looking for a new female roommate for our house! We have a lovely 4 bedroom/2 bath house in the Del Cerro/San Carlos area of San Diego (less than 10 minutes north of SDSU, close to the 8 and 125 freeways, Grossmont Center, Cowle’s Mtn and Lake Murray!) You would be living with 3 other Christian young professional girls, ranging from ages 23-27. We are responsible and easy going (no drama!) and pretty clean, and would like someone similar. Our house is in a nice residential area, so it’s really quiet, lots of parking and super safe! We’re looking for a fun and respectful roommate to fill the master bedroom! The master is alone on one side of the house which offers a lot of privacy. Your bedroom includes your own bathroom, large walk-in closet, and a wall mirrored closet. Our house is very spacious and bright complete with a nice backyard. Sorry, but no pets are allowed. We have a washer/dryer in the house. Utilities are split evenly between the 4 of us and they include wireless internet, cable with DVR, drinking water, & electricity. I’m getting married so I need to replace myself on the lease, which ends June 30, 2011. The condo is located just off the 805 at Mira Mesa Blvd/ Sorrento Valley Blvd. It is close to all the business in Sorrento Valley, and just 1 exit past UTC.

The master bedroom is awesome, it has attached bathroom, vaulted ceilings, and 2 closets (1 is a walk-in!). The condo is 3 bd/2.5ba, 2 car garage, washer/dryer in unit with a spacious and airy floorplan. Rent is $750/mo plus about $40-50/mo utilities per person. The landlord requires total deposit of $3500, so you would be responsible for 1/3 of that amount.

I attend Flood, but the 2 girls you will be sharing the condo with are Latter Day Saints (Mormon).

Well hello there! My name is Emily and I have the second bedroom in a two bedroom/1 bath apartment for rent. The lease is month to month but I am looking for a female roommate who can commit to at least six months. The apartment is in Normal Heights on Adams Avenue and in walking distance of Vons, Rite Aid, a beautiful park, Kensington Public library and many coffee shops and restaurants. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood perfect for walking and jogging. Additionally the aparment is near the #11 Bus route which is an enjoyable 15 minutes trip to San Diego State University! There is a laundry room on site as well as plentiful street parking.

The living room, kitchen and dining area are furnished; however, you will need to provide all bedroom furniture. The room available gets lots of natural sunlight and has a spacious walk in closet. Rent is $550 a month plus utilities.

As for myself I am a SDSU Alum and work full time in Mission Valley. I enjoy spending time with friends, being involved with my church, going on walks in my neighborhood and reading. I also love exploring San Diego and am slowly learning how to cook!

We are 3 post college females that found each other though the Flood/Rock classifieds and are looking to find a 4th female roommate to help us fill the house. We all have a similar desire to have Christian community in our household and grow in faith together.

The house is a adorable Spanish style 4 bedroom/ 2 bathroom house in Kensington. The kitchen is beautifully tiled with lots of space and a large walk in pantry.  The rooms vary in size but are approximately 9×10 to 10×13 and haven’t been distributed yet.  All of them have spacious closets with full mirrored doors. Both bathrooms are also beautifully tiled and the house in general is very well kept. The dining and living rooms are open to each other creating lots of space and there is a large patio area to the side of the house. There is also a washer and dryer inside of the house.

The rent is $2400 for all 4 bedrooms, and when we find that 4th roommate we can figure out the room/ bathroom setup making rent probably anywhere from $550-$700 a person. Our lease is 9 months long and would run from September 1st through the end of May.
