Roommate Wanted!!
We are four dudes all 2-3 years out of college who live in a house in Point Loma. We like to surf, mountain bike, camp, hike and be outdoors. We are all pretty chill and clean and looking for another Christian brother to share our house and enjoy life with. You would have your own room and rent would be around $525 plus utilities. Hey I am interested in the room you are renting but I will hopefully be attending SDSU starting in August and I was wondering how far away is the house from SDSU campus? I also enjoy being outdoors and hiking, camping, and rock climbing. I am transferring in as a junior so I am 20 years old and easy going and a strong christian.

I am a 33-year-old male professional who is moving to San Diego from Florida and is looking for a room to rent month-to-month. I will be working in Point Loma. I am friendly, easy to talk to, and very respectful of my roommates. I’m responsible, stable, and reliably make rent/utility payments. I’m clean, a non-smoker, and do not use drugs. I am not picky about living with males or females, but would like to live with friendly people. I am especially interested in living near the beach and/or a social scene, as I will want to make friends in the area and am looking forward to exploring San Diego.
