Female roommate wanted near UCSD/La Jolla
Hi, my name is Lauren and I am a flood-goer and UCSD student looking for someone to share a room with. I will be moving in July 1 and would like to find someone as soon as possible (I just got the place). It’s a condo near UCSD…the rent would be about $500 or less a month which includes water/trash/gas (electric, cable extra). You would be sharing a room with me and I have another roommate who has the single room. The condo is in a very quiet, nice location with a 10-minute walk to the shuttle to take you to UCSD and right by the 5 freeway. The complex has a pool/spa, 2 Parking spots plus a lot of guest parking…parking is not an issue. My roommate and I are quiet, clean, easy-going girls and are looking for someone similar
