Share a PB apartment!
Looking for a female roommate to share a unique 1 bd apartment in PB. It’s in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood, 5 blocks from Mission Bay and 10 blocks from the beach. Bike-able to restaurants, shops, coffee houses, post office, market, etc. The interior is cute, clean, newly repainted, large enough to share, and has plenty of natural light. Mostly furnished. The outside looks more like a small house than an apartment and comes with a huge patio. Rent is $500 a month plus half of utilities (water/sewer, gas, electricity, internet). No deposit, month to month lease, and no pets allowed on the lease, sorry!
I’m 22, an incoming medical student at UCSD, and a recent UCSB grad. I love God, surf, have a ready smile and laugh, and hope to give my life as a doctor for the homeless. I’m clean, considerate, can get along with anybody, and am looking for someone similar. No smoking or drugs, please.
