We have an extra room in a nice condo off of Friars by the Riverwalk Golf Course.
The place
It’s 3 BR, 2.5 BA – all the common areas are fully furnished. We’ve got a fireplace, our own laundry room w/ washer and dryer, a big kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, and upgraded countertops, and a decent private patio. The complex has a pool, big hot tub, and a sauna. We’re only a mile from Fashion Valley mall, the trolley, and the Mission Valley YMCA. And unlike all the other complexes on Friars, our complex has tons of parking.
The roommates
We are both Christian guys, 25 & 29. I’m involved in Flood’s homeless ministry, Flood Love, and my roommate has been a few times. We’re very laid back and clean up after ourselves.
