Clean, nice neighborhood. You would have full use of the house which has a washer & dryer in the home, high speed internet, cable, fireplace, big screen TV in living room. Fenced yard and patio. I am clean, neat and respectful. The rent is $650.00 on a month to month basis which includes all utilities, and a $300.00 Security deposit.
