Roommate wanted for 2 bedroom apartment in PB
Hello – I am a 23 year old Christian female and Flood-attender looking to live with another Christian female in her 20s in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in PB (you would have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with me). My current roommate is moving so you would take over the rest of her lease (through April 2010 with option to extend after that). Rent is $700/month plus utilities, and includes an off street tandem parking space. It’s a great location in PB – 4 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from the bay, and 4 blocks from Garnet. I am a working professional but am open to living with a student or professional – you just have to be clean, and pass my landlord’s credit check. I like to hang out and have fun (I have friends over every once in a while but nothing too crazy), and I’m hoping to find a roommate who I can also be friends with/lounge around the apartment with during our free time.
