Hi my name is chris, im a 24 year old floodster that is looking to rent out the second room (9×11, plus walk-in closet) in my 2 story condo. Both bedrooms have a bathroom attached, plus a half bathroom downstairs that is shared. My condo has both central a/c and a full size washer and dryer(in laundry room). Great floorplan , and has a “backyard” patio with a good size storage closet out there that will be shared.
$475, 300 deposit, includes use of common area/pool, new stainless appliances,central a/c, large plasma tv with digital cable and dvr, wi-fi cable internet, and all other utilities included.
No smoking or pets. Mainly looking for someone that would be respectful of my stuff and my condo.
