Hi my name is chris, im a 24 year old floodster looking to rent out the second room (9×11 plus walk-in closet) in my spring valley condo. Both bedrooms have a bathroom attached, plus a half bathroom downstairs that is shared. Condo is equipped with a full size washer and drier in the laundry room downstairs. Nice patio area outside with built in park-like benches and large storage closet (which will be shared).
$525 a month with 300 deposit, includes designated parking. wifi internet and digital cable included
